Jerry reconditions Trucks, Services Units that are sold or bought in on trade, Services Rentals, and makes sure Quonset staff are kept busy. He has a Class 1 Drivers license that is utilized to deliver sold Trucks and Trailers. Hobbies are working on and driving vintage vehicles.
Andy sells new and used Trucks and Trailers. He has ongoing product knowledge training along with various sales training seminars. He has 6 years of Cattle Hauling experience in Canada and the US. He has a Farming background, and currently operates a family cattle operation along with his wife. His hobbies include anything related to cattle, Lease Riding, Roping, and Doctoring.
Brian sells new and used Trucks and Trailers. He has a BA in Business and Aviation along with several product training and Professional Development Seminars. He has Truck Driving experience before joining Southland. Hobbies include coaching Hockey.
Murray's duties are sales of new and used trucks and new and used trailers. He has a Journeyman Certificate, along with 15 years of trucking experience. Has completed the Truck Marketing Institute Certificate along with continuous International Truck Training. Hobbies include Golf, Motorcycles, & Woodworking.
Tim is in the Sales Department. He has owned his own business and has 23 years of Truck Driving Experience. Hobbies include playing pool & golf, and spending time with his wife, kids and grandaughter.
George has been the Owner since 1985 and Sole Owner since 1993. He has 30 years of experience in the industry. He's directly involved with the day to day operations at Southland International as President and General Manager. He has Ongoing product knowledge of International Trucks, Engines, Doepker and Renn Trailers. Hobbies include Restoration of over 35 International Antiques.
Jim has his Jouneyman Parts Certificate and has been with Southland for the past 17 years, including 8 as parts Manager and the last 5 as Service Manager. He has a total of 26 years in the buisness starting with Honda Motorcycles, GM and Honda cars and then onto International products. Hobby is to play his guitar. April 2007, Jim was selected as one of two guitar players for International Truck and Engine Corporations "UpTimeBand" to be the focal point of the 2007 Convention theme of "Band Together" in Nashville, USA. Jim recorded with top names in the Nashville music industry, was part of a film documentary and a music video. For the highlight of the convention Jim and the UpTimeBand were the opening act for a band called "Sugarland" which was attended by over 2000 plus International dealership personal and International Truck an Engine Corporation personal. Jim got to meet a few famous people during this time. He recorded and played live with Eddie Bayers, Nashville's number 1 session drummer and producer with over 150 albums to his credit and also CMT's drummer of the year for the past 11 years and Jim met and chatted with Martina McBride at the SIR rehearsal halls where she was doing her final dress rehearsal for her 2007-2008 tour.
